Terms of Service
Effective [launch date]. Questions: [support email].
These terms are an agreement between you and Untapped Potential, operated by Jake Reichard in Indiana. By using the website or app, you agree to them.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents or guardians can add their children (under 18) to their account and are responsible for their use.
2. Your account
Keep your login private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Free trial, plans, and billing
- New members get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your plan starts and you are charged automatically.
- Standard is $15/month. Full Coaching is $30/month and has limited spots.
- Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
4. Canceling and refunds
Cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it or we choose to make an exception.
5. Coaching
Full Coaching includes your coach reviewing logs and form videos and replying with feedback. Replies are not instant; we aim to respond within a few business days. Coaching is not medical care.
6. Health and safety
Using Untapped Potential means you agree to the Health & Safety Waiver, which is part of these terms.
7. Our content
Workouts, drills, meal plans, videos, text, and photos belong to Untapped Potential or its licensors. They are for your personal use only. Do not copy, resell, or share them publicly.
8. What you upload
You own the logs, notes, photos, and videos you upload. You let us store and use them only to run your account and coaching. Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
9. Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no hacking, scraping, sharing accounts, or harassing others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to make the programs safe and effective, but results depend on many things outside our control. The service is provided "as is," without promises of specific results.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
